Ah, Those Early Crops!

Plot Against Hunger gardens are yielding pounds of fresh produce this spring.  Among the crops are radishes from the St. Andrews garden,

eight pounds of leeks from Ball Sellers House,

and collards, kale and lettuce from 10th and Barton.

Each part of the growing season brings its own treasures!  Soon, there will be green beans, tomatoes, and squash.  But for now, there’s still plenty of yield.
